The Fit Boxx is a package delivered each month that includes apparel, fitness gear, nutrition and more! Our boxes are always worth at least twice what you pay for them! The Fit Boxx is an ongoing subscription that you can cancel at any time.
Yes, of course! We love shipping our boxxes all over the world! We do charge an additional $20 for international shipping, and there may be extra fees and charges depending on the country and current custom policies.
U.S. Boxxes are shipped via USPS between the 15th and 18th, depending on the month. Shipping on average takes around 2-10 days, depending on location, sometimes longer. You will receive an e-mail with shipping and tracking information once your boxx ships. International Boxes are shipped on the 18th of each month and usually take 3 weeks to arrive.
One-time orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, and the same shipping time frames as above apply.
All recurring subscriptions and renewal dates will automatically update to the 1st of the month regardless of what date you made your initial purchase. You will never be charged for your second subscription until you have received your first box. Please see example: You purchase your recurring subscription on June 12th, you WON’T BE CHARGED ON JULY 1ST. Your first box would be the July box and then your renewal date would be August 1st.
Yes! Of course. Your address must be updated before the 5th of the month in order for that month's shipment to be sent to the new address. To change your address, login in to your account and click on Manage Subscriptions, then click on active subscription and change address there.
*All address and size changes must be before prior to the 5th of each month in order to be reflected in your order. We are not responsible for address and size changes outside of this time frame. Please contact us for additional assistance.
Login to your account and click manage subscription. Cancellations must be received prior any renewal being processed. If you need assistance with cancelling your account, please contact customer service, M-F 9am - 5pm EST.
If you are attempting to login and your email is not recognized, you will need to create a username and password. You must register using the same email address as when you ordered and all of your account information will be updated.
Yes! We have an exchange program available for current monthly Boxx apparel only. We charge a $10 exchange fee and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Exchanges are only available on new/unworn items with tags intact! Exchange requests are only available until the 15th of each month for the previous month's apparel item.
