She also earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Administration.
For The Fit Boxx, Jordana provides nutrition insights across formulation efficacy, dosing rationale, and dietary-specific considerations. Ensuring our supplements align with real-world health goals and professional nutrition standards.

As a Consulting Nutrition Advisor for The Fit Boxx, Katie brings a well-rounded clinical lens to every nutritional component of the platform. She consults on supplement design, evaluates dietary protocols for real-world sustainability, and ensures our nutrition recommendations support both performance outcomes and long-term health.
Katie currently works part-time with MultiCare Health System, where she delivers individualized nutrition care across a broad range of patient needs. Her earlier roles included clinical liaison and account management at Option Care Health, where she specialized in coordinating care for patients requiring advanced nutrition support, including home infusion and enteral therapy.

His background includes work as a clinical informatics specialist, an adjunct instructor at Marquette and Carroll University’s DPT programs, and a recognized writer in the field of rehabilitation sciences.

He holds a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Lund University and a Bachelor’s in Health and Performance from Dublin City University. His career spans international sport systems, elite team environments, and applied research.

Katelyn Foeller is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, with a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island. She brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and real-world coaching experience across strength training, functional movement, and neurological rehabilitation.
As a Consulting Training Advisor for The Fit Boxx, Katelyn provides strategic feedback on training programs, ensuring each one supports progress while staying sustainable and safe for users at every level. She evaluates programming with both performance and injury prevention in mind, helping align training content with evidence-based best practices.
Katelyn’s background includes work with neurodivergent athletes, adaptive movement populations, and competitive gymnasts. Her roles have ranged from surf therapy and small-group coaching to neurological rehab consulting at Adapt Functional Movement Center. She has also developed and led programs at the YMCA, Element Training + Fitness, and multiple gymnastics facilities, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to teach movement across a wide range of bodies and abilities.

With over 5 years of experience and 4,600+ live online coaching sessions delivered, she brings deep expertise in movement science, rehabilitation, and performance training to her role as Consulting Training Advisor.
Jayni specializes in helping clients get stronger—without waiting for pain to “go away.” Her approach bridges the gap between rehab and fitness, integrating strength training, functional mobility, and evidence-informed strategies to support long-term resilience.
Her clinical foundation is matched by hands-on coaching skill. She views pain not as a simple diagnosis, but as a complex puzzle—shaped by movement, mechanics, mindset, and lifestyle.
