Jake Rowzee is a board-certified neurophysiologist with a background in integrative physiology, intraoperative neuromonitoring, and functional health systems. He holds a degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder and is certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring through ABRET. His early clinical work in surgical neuromonitoring provided deep insight into how the nervous system, muscular system, and metabolic pathways interact under physical stress—and how proper support can improve performance and recovery.

At Fit Boxx, Jake leads product strategy, scientific alignment, and cross-functional collaboration—ensuring each supplement and gear selection is rooted in human physiology and real-world function. He works closely with medical advisors, registered dietitians, and formulation experts to turn clinical insight into practical tools for people who care about how they feel, move, and age.

Jake also serves as CEO of Arsenal Health + Fitness, a high-performance wellness clinic that integrates diagnostics, training, recovery, and medical oversight. That experience fuels his belief that real performance doesn’t come from hype—it comes from systems that work.
