WHAT IS THE FIT BOXX?

The Fit Boxx is a package delivered each month that includes apparel, fitness gear, nutrition and more!Ā  Our boxes are always worth at least twice what you pay for them!Ā The Fit Boxx is an ongoing subscription that you can cancel at any time.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Select the plan youā€™d like and click on the "Subscribe" button on thefitboxx.com

IS THERE A DEADLINE TO PURCHASE A BOXX?

Yes, orders must be received by 11:59 PM PST on the 10th of the month in order to receive that monthā€™s box.

I MISSED A BOXX, WHAT DO I DO?

If we do not sell out of a particular box, we will make it available for one-time purchase in ourĀ shop.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, of course!Ā  We love shipping our boxxes all over the world!Ā  We do charge an additional $20 for international shipping, and there may be extra fees depending on the country.

WHEN DOES MY BOXX SHIP?

We ship between the 15th and the 18th of each month, weekends excluded.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY BOXX TO ARRIVE?

U.S. boxes generally arrive within 7 business days.Ā  You will receive an e-mail with shipping and tracking information once your box ships. International Boxes are shipped on the 18th of each month and usually take 14-18 business days to arrive.
